Description

Sheet format backing cards for rapid diagnostic test kit is made of  PVC,PS or PET materials with self-adhesive.

Advantages:

1.Strong adhesive force but low amount of adhesive use

Compared to the common adhesive used  on the market,  our adhesive is a stronger type,  so that we only need small amount of  adhesive-20g/square meters to maintain strong sticking force,   whereas other backing card producers have to apply 35g/squre meters on it.  As a result, it will significantly reduce  the maintenance frequency for the cutters and increase the product acceptance rate,  this merit is especially good for large production which engage a lot of  automatic instrument.

2. Extreme low rate of cold-flow characteristic

which made it very stable performance with high resistance to aging. Suitable to stick no-backing NC  membrane and surfactant treated glass fiber(for sample pad or conjugate pad), especially good for DOA test kit and food safety test kit.

3. Good Flatness

Whether the backing card sheet is in natural condition or after dried in oven, it keeps flat and good to be laminated perfectly with other rapid test components.
